Gregor and the Prophecy of Bane

This is the second book of The Underland Chronicles and Suzanne Collins has out done herself again. This time Gregor and Boots have to do the "Prophecy of Bane" instead of "Gray".

If Under Fell, If Over Leaped,
If Life Was Death, If Death Life Reaped,
Something Rises From The Gloom
To Make The Underland A Tomb.

Here It Scratching Down Below,
Rat Of Long Forgotten Snow,
Evil Cloaked In A Coat Of White
Will The Warrior Drain Your Light?

What Could Turn The Warrior Weak?
What Do Burning Gnawers Seek?
Just A Barely Speaking Pup
Who Holds The Land Of Under Up.

Die The Baby, Die His Heart,
Die His Most Essential Part.
Die The Peace That Ruled The Hour
Gnawers Have their Key To Power.

Since Gregor returned to the Overland, the mother glued the gate shut. How will he return? Apparently, there is a gate in Central Park. He figured it out because Temp took Boots while she was sledding. This must be important if Boots is kidnapped in the middle of Central Park in public.

Ripred, Ares, Luxa, Mareth, Boots, and Gregor are back and now they search for this snow white rat to kill. Then, unexpectedly, well, if I told you, why would you go out to read it?

Read more in "Gregor and the Prophecy of Bane" by Suzanne Collins.
